与传统三维测力台不同 ,六维测力技术 ,是在测量XYZ三个方向力值的同时, 同时得到三个方向的扭矩数值,进而可以实时计算出力台上的受力中心位置 ,可以分析更多的运动力学特征。

传统国际知名三维测力台由两种形式的传感器组成:压电式传感器或应变式传感器 。压电式传感器组成的测力台采集时长短,不能实时显示数据,只能是训练后集中数据处理后看; 因此本技术采用的是应变式测力传感器 ,可以长时间实时显示,随时采集训练数据 ,数据采集时长无限制 ,我司联合国内实力雄厚的科研单位联合攻关,成果参与了部分国家队奥运科技备战的技术测试。

 

投掷用六维测力台  ( 尺寸 1: 1)

该六维测力台,基于 3 套测力组件拼接而成,集成了 3x4 个六分量多维应力传感器 ,每个六维力测力单元台,由4个不同型号的六维力传感器构成,解决不同传感器之间的干扰是一项复杂的技术问题,每个六维传感器的校准,需要经过非常专业的校准仪器调试完成。其技术难度远远大于三维测力台。

投掷用六维测力台可以实时高精度测量相对于测力台接触面的三分量力 Fy Fx Fz  3 个方向的旋转力矩 MYMXMZ。集成嵌入式高精度测量分析系统可以实时显示、 分析采集的多个模块化测力台组合的输出信号,计算每个六维力测力单元输出的 3 分量力和 3 个方向的旋转力矩,进而获得测试对象作用于组合测力系统的瞬时重心、 合力 、合力力角 、步频 、步距等核心测试数据 。分析软件可对测试历史数据进行线下对比分析,并给出对应测试结论 。可用于铅球链球和铁饼项目(不同直径的外圈)  可以兼容动作捕捉系统,肌电系统同步采集和分析。

 

另外有模块化的六维测力台可以根据用户需求定制不同尺寸, 最小模块化的尺寸是 500×150mm ,用于平衡性等精准研究 。最大模块化单块可以达到 1x1m用于拼接数字化步道或跑道 ,精度经过与国外知名品牌对比测试明显高于国外知名品牌。测力台单元可以并联使用 ,一次测出多步行走的数据

The traditional internationally renowned three-dimensional force measuring table consists of two types of sensors: piezoelectric sensor or strain sensor. The collection time of the force measuring table composed of piezoelectric sensors can not display the data in real time, but can only be seen after the centralized data processing after training. Therefore, this technology uses a strain gauge force sensor, which can be displayed in real time for a long time, collect training data at any time, and the data collection time is unlimited. Our company and domestic strong scientific research units jointly tackle key problems, and the results have participated in the technical test of some national Olympic science and technology preparation.

 

Throwing six-dimensional force table (size 1:1)

 

The six-dimensional force measuring table, based on 3 sets of force measuring components splicing, integrated 3x4 six-component multidimensional stress sensors, each six-dimensional force measuring unit table, composed of 4 different models of six-dimensional force sensors, to solve the interference between different sensors is a complex technical problem, calibration of each six-dimensional sensor, Need to go through a very professional calibration instrument debugging. Its technical difficulty is much greater than that of the three-dimensional force measuring table.

 

The throwing six-dimensional force measuring table can measure the three-component force Fy, Fx, Fz and the rotating torque MY, MX and MZ in three directions relative to the contact surface of the force measuring table in real time and with high precision. The integrated embedded high-precision measurement and analysis system can display and analyze the output signals of multiple modular force measuring tables collected in real time, and calculate the output force of 3 components and rotating torque in 3 directions of each six-dimensional force measuring unit. Then the core test data such as instantaneous center of gravity, resultant force, resultant force Angle, step frequency and step distance of the test object acting on the combined force measuring system are obtained. The analysis software can compare and analyze the historical test data offline, and give the corresponding test conclusion. Can be used for shot hammer and discus projects (outer rings of different diameters) can be compatible with motion capture system, myoelectric system synchronous acquisition and analysis.

 

In addition, the modular six-dimensional force measuring table can be customized according to user needs of different sizes, the minimum modular size is 500×150mm, for balance and other accurate research. The maximum modular block can reach 1x1m for splicing digital trails or racetracks, and the accuracy is significantly higher than that of well-known foreign brands after comparison and test. The force table unit can be used in parallel to measure the data of multiple walks at one time.
